Swedish massage is a system of manipulations on the muscles and connective soft tissue of the body for the purpose of relaxation, rehabilitation, and health maintenance.
Swedish massage directly increases blood circulation, increases lymph circulation, which speeds up the removal of metabolic waste and the by-products of tissue damage and inflammation. It has been reported helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and promoting relaxation.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy utilizes various methods to relieve and eliminate a hypersensitive area—known as a trigger point—in the muscle, its tendon, or fascia. Usually, the trigger point is not in the area of pain, but direct pressure over the point will elicit pain in a preferred area. Trauma is a common cause of trigger points, either by direct injury or excessive stretching and contraction.

Body wraps and scrubs can contain oil mixed with salt, sugar, clay or seaweed along with essential oils. The first step of body wraps or scrubs is the same in that they are applied to your whole body, excluding your head and feet. Scrubs stay on the skin for 10-15 minutes and wraps stay on the skin for 30-60 minutes, after being wrapped in sheets and blankets to keep the skin and body warm.
Both scrubs and wraps are rinsed with a warm shower without soap and followed by a moisturizing coconut oil lotion massage.
Lay back and relax as your face is pampered. A facial will open your pores, exfoliate your facial skin, rejuvenate your skin to a soft glow while receiving a relaxing facial massage to help tighten your facial muscles and scalp. Note that all makeup should be removed prior to a facial.

Your feet final pamper is to be massaged completely with coconut oil lotion. Leaving you walking on air after this treatment.
"My coffee wrap, facial, coffee foot scrub and massage left my skin feeling like a cashmere throw. My hour and a half went by too quickly. The services were beyond my expectations. This is an experience that you will not regret investing time and money in."
"I have nothing but great things to say about Kathy and her practice! Every time I leave her quiet, peaceful office after a massage, body wrap, body scrub, etc. I almost forget that I had neck and back pain, to begin with - seeing as I sit in front of a computer all day at work, and it takes a toll. I love the huge variety of shower fizzes and the services that she provides, it's obvious that everything is handmade and organic. I think one of my favorite aspects of this place is that it's in such a quiet, beautiful location. There are horses, cows, and alpacas right outside! But more importantly, Kathy is both a massage miracle worker and a fabulous person. Needless to say, I've found my mini vacation spot. :)"
"I have really sensitive skin, and tried the seaweed body wrap with the coconut lime sugar scrub foot scrub, as well as a citrus facial, and it was amazing! It was gentle enough that my skin came out soft and rejuvenated. After the wrap, we finished up with lotion and a massage. Y’all, it was awesome. Sooo relaxing. Looking forward to trying the other wraps soon!"
